Troubleshooting
If you are not being prompted to update, or if you are having issues completing an update after following the above steps, please try the following:
Clear the Cache
In the Aeroo Fly Interface Home Screen (blue screen with rocks), click the profile icon in the top right. Then press Clear Cache. Restart and follow the above steps again.
Confirm Good Internet Connection
Your WiFi may be too slow or weak to successfully download or complete the update. Please try other networks if available, such as a personal hotspot or other modem/frequency.
Ensure Everything is Fully Charged
Most updates require at least 50% battery life. Please ensure everything is fully charged — including your device, controller, and drone battery — before updating, and try again.
