Delivery & Returns

How does delivery work?

  • We use Toll IPEC and Australia Post for our deliveries, which offer a super fast and reliable courier service, as well as maintain 100% carbon-neutral delivery, which is something we at Aeroo are passionate about. 

*Please note that due to current high demand and social distancing requirements, orders may take slightly longer than usual.

  • Toll covers every postal address in Australia, including rural areas. Some of these areas may experience slightly longer shipping times. Toll will however be unable to deliver to a parcel locker, for this option please select Auspost.
  • When we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking.

Most orders to metro areas take between 1-8 business days, If your order does not arrive within 20 business days, please contact us at support@aeroo.com.au and we will follow up on your order.

If you have ordered multiple items, they will usually be packaged together. 

Due to current delivery restrictions, all parcels are sent with "Authority to Leave". We will reimburse you in the unlikely event of any product loss or damage while in transit until the product is marked as delivered by the courier.

Aeroo is not responsible for stolen goods after your order is delivered.

 

Returns policy

  • We are extremely confident you will love our products, However, if you do not find Aeroo suitable for you we do offer a 30-day Free returns policy.
  • Our returns are free and you will not be charged any handling costs.
  • The product being returned must be in new and unused condition. 
  • If your returned item arrives with signs of use, we reserve the right to deny your refund.
  • If you need to return your Aeroo product, please email support@aeroodrones.com with your order name and number, as well as the reason you would like to return it.
  • Our Customer Service Team will then ask you a couple of mandatory questions regarding your return item. This is only to avoid people taking advantage of the system.
  • We will provide you with a return postage label you can print out and drop at your local post office if you are located in Australia.
  • You will be responsible for postage return costs if you are located outside of Australia. We have a number of warehouses around the world and will provide you with return information to deliver the product to the closest warehouse to you.
  • Once we receive the product in new and re-saleable condition you will receive a full refund of the purchase price less postage cost.
